Opportunity for Doctor in Medical Oncology for our hospital in Mumbai (Mahim)

Location: Mumbai(Mahim)

Experience: Freshers can also apply

Qualification: MBBS Or MBBS + MD/DNB

Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with various types of cancers using evidence-based medical oncology practices, ensuring individualized treatment plans based on disease stage, pathology findings, and overall patient health status.
Administer and monitor systemic cancer therapies including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal treatments while assessing treatment response, managing adverse effects, and modifying regimens when clinically required.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, nursing staff, and other multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive cancer care strategies and optimize patient outcomes.
Provide detailed counseling to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, prognosis, treatment options, potential risks, expected benefits, and supportive care measures to enhance informed decision-making and treatment adherence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, treatment protocols, and clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance guidelines.
Participate in tumor board meetings, clinical research activities, continuing medical education programs, and departmental initiatives aimed at improving oncology services, patient safety, and overall standards of cancer care.
