Profile Description

The Digital Marketing Executive Website Optimisation & Growth will be responsible for driving measurable growth across Simply Body Talk and CueKids through website optimisation, SEO/AEO, and performance marketing. This is a hands-on role focused on improving website performance, lead generation, and conversion rates using ready-made templates and data-driven digital campaigns. The role demands ownership, execution excellence, and a strong performance mindset.

Skills Required

Website optimisation using WordPress / Webflow / template-based platforms.
Strong understanding of UX, CRO, page speed & mobile responsiveness.
Hands-on on-page & technical SEO.
Knowledge of AI search optimisation (AEO), featured snippets & voice search.
Practical experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Landing page optimisation for lead generation and course enrollments.
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console & ad dashboards.
Basic HTML/CSS editing for layout and UI improvements.
Data analysis, reporting, and insight-driven optimisation.
Strong execution, attention to detail, and accountability.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor s degree (any discipline) mandatory
Digital Marketing Certification is mandatory
(Google, Meta, HubSpot, or recognised institute)

2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results
