Job Title: Email Marketing Executive

Location: Andheri - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities: We are looking to hire a passionate Email Marketing Executive to manage and execute email marketing campaigns, drive lead engagement, and generate referrals through multiple communication channels.

• Managing and executing email campaigns for the lead database using LeadSquared.
• Identifying target audiences and implementing strategies to grow and engage the email database.
• Designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns for leads.
• Developing newsletters covering company updates and relevant communication.
• Enhancing email templates through graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
• Ensuring prompt and accurate communication with clients through email to improve engagement and minimize unsubscribes.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and recommending improvements.
• Tracking and reporting sales revenue generated through email marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring all email campaigns comply with industry best practices and communication guidelines.
• Promoting the Referral Program through calls, messages, and emails to generate maximum referrals.
• Following up regularly with leads, learners, and alumni to maximize referral generation.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly individual input and output targets while contributing to overall team goals.
• Regularly updating campaign performance and progress on dashboards and relevant communication channels.
• Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure successful conversion of referrals into sales.
• Acting as the SPOC for learners and alumni who share referrals and assisting them with their queries throughout the process.

Qualifications and Experience:

Job Role: Email-Marketing Executive

Required Work Experience: 4+ years

Educational Qualification: Graduation

Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
