We have an urgent requirement for the role of DGM/GM - Regulatory (Corporation, Revenue, Land Records & Liasioning)

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in regulatory liaisoning, revenue matters, and SRA-related work. Strong exposure to land records, approvals, and government processes in Maharashtra.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, supervise, and follow up on all matters related to land approvals and clearances with statutory authorities including SRA, Revenue Authorities, Collector Office, TMC, BMC, TILR, DSLR, SDO, MMRDA, Forest Department, MPCB, Mantralaya, and other relevant government bodies.
  • Ensure timely submission, tracking, and closure of applications related to land subdivision, title corrections, 7/12 extracts, PRC, and other land ownership/approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships and effective liaison with government departments and key officials to facilitate smooth approvals.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of departmental hierarchies, approval workflows, and escalation mechanisms to ensure timely movement and sign-off of applications.
  • Analyze and interpret revenue records (7/12 extracts, Ferfar/Pherphar, PRC, layout plans, etc.) for survey-wise reconciliation of land parcels and safeguarding of title records.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to land disputes, ownership issues, or regulatory non-compliance.
  • Read, interpret, and respond to Marathi notices, orders, and government communications; prepare appropriate replies and submissions.
  • Draft, review, and finalize official correspondence, applications, and documentation for submission to statutory authorities.
  • Stay updated with regulatory frameworks, policies, and processes; quickly adapt to new requirements and manage region-specific assignments effectively.

Mandatory: Proficiency in Marathi (reading, writing, and speaking).


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven ability to handle and resolve statutory and regulatory matters involving State Government bodies, Revenue Authorities, BMC, SRA, Collector Office, and Mantralaya.
  • Strong network and rapport with government officials and local authorities.
  • Experience in dealing with societies, community leaders, and slum rehabilitation stakeholders.
  • Capability to represent the organization in meetings with committees, authorities, and regulatory bodies to support project progress.
  • High level of integrity, ownership, and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
