Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in OpenShift and Private Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, automating, and optimizing infrastructure and deployment processes in a highly secure banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
• Work on containerization and orchestration using OpenShift
• Manage and maintain private cloud infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using DevOps tools
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with development and operations teams for seamless delivery
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in a banking environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in DevOps practices and tools
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift (Red Hat OpenShift preferred)
• Experience working in Private Cloud environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Banking/Financial Services domain (BFSI)
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Understanding of security and compliance standards

Experience Required:

• 5.19 years of relevant experience in DevOps

Additional Information:

• Candidate should be comfortable working from CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai)
• Alternate Saturdays are working
• Immediate joiners preferred
