Job Description

Kubernetes Orchestration & Management
Design, implement, and manage scalable Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Optimize workloads through Kubernetes features such as Helm, operators, and service meshes.
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
Architect and maintain Terraform modules for multi-cloud infrastructure provisioning.
Standardize IaC practices. Optimize workflows, state management, and CI/CD integrations.
Cloud Platform Expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Design resilient, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions.
CI/CD and Automation
Architect enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines integrating code quality and automated tests.
Champion GitOps principles, ArgoCD or Flux. Cover automation in build, deployment, and infrastructure management.
Monitoring, Logging, and Reliability
Define observability standards leveraging Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and cloud-native monitoring tools.
Lead implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs to ensure high availability and reliability.
Security & Compliance
Enforce DevSecOps practices by embedding security in pipelines and Terraform modules.
Ensure compliance with security standards across Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring
Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and DevOps strategy across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with business goals.

Nice to Have

Develop and maintain robust backend and/or frontend components for cloud-native and enterprise SaaS applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers to convert business needs into functional code and maintainable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
