Job Description

We are looking for Desktop Support Executive - e-stone

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Kalyan

Responsibilities:

Responding to client support request by telephone, remote support or in person support
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
Travelling to the client s location or connecting via a remote link
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues LOG call with OEM service center if systems are covered under warranty
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
Advising on software or hardware upgrades
Providing basic training in computer operation and managements
Completing job reports and ordering supplies

BSC IT/ BCA or Diploma / Degree of Engineering
Hands on experience of Desktop / laptop /Network Troubleshooting
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary
Good Written and verbal communication skills
