Job Details
- Role: Desktop Support Engineer
- Experience: 2+ Years
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Support function
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and collaborate with global customers / service providers
- Ability to resolve issues within SLA and handle daily tickets & service requests
- Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Diploma Engineering or relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and applications
- Handle user issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Manage Active Directory (user creation, password reset, access control)
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook and Office 365
- Install and support antivirus and endpoint security tools
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Provide remote and onsite support to users
- Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN issues
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs/replacements
