Job Summary:
The Helpdesk Site Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users both on-site and remotely. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network configurations, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Experience : 1+ Years
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Configure and install IT hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.
• Manage and support network infrastructure
• Document and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ready to travel and support branch office within the city.
• Knowledge in Zscaler, MDM, & Windows Patching

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, experience in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as a Helpdesk Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Knowledge of Windows and operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Good communication Skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
