Job Description

An Interior Design Draftsman is responsible for translating interior design concepts into precise technical drawings and documentation suitable for construction, fabrication, and approvals.

The role supports interior designers and project teams by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and constructability.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed interior drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and millwork drawings.
*Develop drawings from design briefs, sketches, and concept presentations.
*Produce construction documents and coordinated drawing sets for tender and execution.
* Revise drawings based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.
*Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, and structural layouts to avoid clashes.
* Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
*Assist in preparation of material schedules, furniture layouts, and finish documentation.
