Role The ERP Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing a customized ERP solution for the organization on low code process platforms like Zoho. This role will require a strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, Zoho Creator and basic coding knowledge. The ideal candidate will be working with stakeholders to understand their needs, design and implement a custom ERP system that meets those needs on a customizable platform, and develop the necessary code and design to bring the system to life.

Responsibilities Understand and map existing business processes: Identifying the key steps involved in each

process, the inputs and outputs of each step, and the people and systems involved. Design a custom ERP system: Using business process design, ERP system design, and UI/UX

design principles to create a custom ERP system that meets the needs of the organization. Develop the necessary framework: Developing the code to implement the custom ERP system

on Zoho Platform, using Zoho Creator or other low-code development tools. Design the user interface and user experience of the ERP system: Creating a user-friendly

and intuitive interface for users to interact with the system. Test and deploy the ERP system: Testing the ERP system to ensure that it is working properly

and deploy it to the companys production environment. Provide support to users of the ERP system: Providing support to users of the ERP system as

they learn how to use the system and troubleshoot any problems they encounter. Continuous Improvement: Monitoring the system and modify functionalities depending on the

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies 5+ Years of relevant Experience Experience with Zoho Creator or other low-code development platforms Experience with Zoho Creator expert certification or other Zoho certifications Experience with Zoho Marketplace or other third-party Zoho integrations Basic knowledge of a programming language such as Java, Python, or C# Strong business process design skills Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their needs and design solutions that meet those

needs Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
