Job Description
- Ensure strict implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both beauty and dermatology treatments
- Manage manpower planning for dermatology services by interviewing, recruiting, and retaining qualified professionals
- Personally perform dermatological and cosmetological procedures in line with clinical SOPs
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene within the beauty and dermatology sections
- Diagnose cosmetic concerns accurately and collaborate with experts for treatment planning
- Mentor, train, and provide technical guidance to beauty and dermat staff when required
- Oversee safe usage and handling of all electronic and dermatology equipment
- Actively participate in marketing and promotional events to maximize service sales
