Job Description
- Work Closely with our development team in order to technically optimize new online and offline payment deposit partners
- Creating website journeys (UI and UX)
- Working experience of BRD, FSD, flowcharts and can manage customer/business walkthrough
- Hands on experience of project management tool
- Experience of working in operations and customer service preferably in Banking or Financial service companies
- Strong understanding of digital payments, insurance and operations is must
- Customer centricity & Servicing attitude
- Preferably having UAT & SIT knowledge
- Good communication skills & Strong Customer Focus
- Knowledge of Life Insurance products preferred.
