Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead endtoend hiring for the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves managing talent acquisition strategies, stakeholder coordination, and driving recruitment excellence across nonIT functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs.
- Build pipelines through portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and timelines.
- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 610 years of recruitment experience (NonIT, Oil & Gas preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle volume and niche mandates.
- Excellent communication skills; confident in facetoface interviews.
