Deputy Manager-Projects

• Execute residential construction projects (RCC, finishing, and services coordination) as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive milestone based execution plans and proactively mitigate risks impacting time, cost, or quality.

• Coordinate and manage multiple contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on site.
• Review work progress, certify bills, and validate quantities in line with BOQs and contract terms.
• Address site level issues, delays, and quality deviations through structured corrective actions.

• Ensure implementation of QMS and adherence to TATA Realty quality standards across construction stages.
• Enforce EHS norms, safety systems, and statutory safety requirements at site.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and compliance reviews; close NCRs in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and PMC teams for seamless execution.
• Review drawings, resolve site queries (RFIs), and ensure timely issuance of GFC drawings.
• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design intent or quality.

• Track project costs against budgets and highlight variations or potential cost overruns.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and effective material planning.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports, dashboards, and MIS to project leadership.

• Ensure compliance with local building bye laws, statutory approvals, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with statutory authorities and support timely project clearances.

• Work closely with internal functions such as Planning, Contracts, Design, QA/QC, and Finance.
• Support customer handover activities, snag resolution, and defect liability period (DLP) management.
