Deputy Manager - PPIC

Job Description

To ensure balancing workload and capacity to optimize productivity and minimize bottlenecks.
To ensure Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to analyse market trends, historical data and other relevant factors to forecast product demand accurately.
To ensure production schedules, considering factors such as capacity constraints, raw material, availability, regulatory requirements and customer demands.
To help to improve OTIF and CAPA for delayed orders.
To ensure working closely with other departments, such as R&D, marketing, sales and finance, to align plans and strategies. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the central planning process.
Data Analytics - To collect, analyse and interpret production data to identify patterns, trends and insights that can optimize production planning and inventory control processes.
