Location : Nerul in Navi Mumbai

Regulatory Approvals : ANVISA, EMA, Health Canada, SFDA

Position : Deputy Manager / Role : Site Training Coordinator

Reporting To: Reporting to Head Plant Training (Corporate)

Job Responsibilities: 

A) Service :

*To monitor & execute proper implementation of defined training procedure at site (Training Concept at USV) on electronic learning management platform (eLMS)

*To execute all training activities which include execution, coordination & implementation of planned & unplanned training activities at site.

*To perform trainee and trainer effectiveness check

*To prepare & maintain role curriculum for all departments & their roles.

B) Compliance – Internal standards & regulatory requirements

*To ensure completion of role based trainings for new employees before start up job activities.

*To complete TNID (Training need identification process) process at site on Yearly basis.

*To prepare & execute annual training plan at site which includes mandatory, technical, EHS & HR trainings at site on Yearly basis.

*To maintain centralize training data base for site (manual or electronic)

C) People & Organization

*To execute & monitor training completion of contractors at site. 

*To maintain training data base for contractors.

*Effective use of electronic tools for training delivery at site

*To deliver on-boarding training on mandatory topics such as GMP, GDP, DI etc.

D) Projects / Continuous improvement and cost Optimisation / Ideas to create awareness on Quality & Training

*To implement /execute training projects as and when allocated by corporate training department.

*To initiate & submit ideas related to training function for its improvement.

E) Budgetary Work

*Yearly budget preparation based on annual training plan and site requirement

*Preparation of budget presentation to seek approval from corporate

*Monitoring of budget and reporting the progress to corporate training head.
