Your responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting business performance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making nbsp;

Planning the profitability / EBIT of Customer Service department, Planning and monitoring of costs.

Responsible for participation in the Economic and Business planning for Customer Service

Follow-up and realisation of agreed Economic Plan

Establishing and ensuring adherence of the country-specific guidelines within CS

Analyze profitability service level of external CS business by product, service offering, and delivery channel

Your profile

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in commerce. Candidates with professional credentials such as CA, ICWAI or MBA in Finance will be preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience including preferably with consumer durables industry with a strong exposure to after sales.
