Job Description
:"- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work, and assist with checking installation and servicing of building equipment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is undertaken by the appointed Annual Maintenance Contractor.
- Maintain stock levels of stationery and housekeeping materials.
- Ensure premises compliance with state regulations and assist with energy management.
- Oversee security of buildings and grounds.
- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team.
- Ensure all new assets received are tagged and physical asset verification is conducted.
- Ensure renewal/surrender process of the premises is completed within the stipulated timeline.
