Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle financial/non-financial transactions and assist walk-in investors/distributors
- Ensure application processing, system entries, and coordination with RTA branches
- Act as a liaison between sales team, CSOs, and RTA for query resolution
- Support sales with updates on products, regulations, and MIS reports
- Coordinate fund confirmations and transaction tracking with internal teams
- Address customer queries and ensure smooth grievance handling
- Assist in investor onboarding (Video KYC) and IFA engagement initiatives
- Drive process improvements, compliance, and reporting accuracy
Preferred candidate profile
- Certification of NISM V - A of Mutual Funds is mandatory for this role.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of Mutual Fund Operations.
