Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure quality assurance of financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance using MIS tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in business processes and implement changes as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to inventory management, logistics, and supply chain.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance & MIS role preferably from Manufacturing industry.
Graduate degree (B.Com - Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent) with relevant postgraduate qualification (M.Com).
Strong understanding of accountancy principles, auditing practices, and data analysis techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel; knowledge of Google Sheets an added advantage.
