Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead and manage the in-house RPO team to deliver on hiring targets across functions and levels.
Ensure quick turnaround for senior and critical roles through proactive sourcing and talent pipelining.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs and align hiring plans with workforce strategy.
Utilize market mapping and talent intelligence to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
Develop and maintain skill matrices to guide competency-based hiring and workforce planning.
Optimize external consultant partnerships for specialized hiring, ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness.
Leverage recruitment analytics to drive process efficiency and improve quality-of-hire.
Champion employer branding and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
Track and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance, cost-per-hire, diversity ratios).
