Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Oversee sales floor layouts to optimize product presentation and maximize sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Lead a team of retail staff members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in retail management or related field (apparel industry preferred).
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control systems, point-of-sale software, and loss prevention procedures.
