Demand Planner

Job Description

• Develop, manage, and continuously improve short-, mid-, and long-term demand
• forecasts.
• Utilize statistical models, historical data, market insights, and cross-functional
• inputs to produce accurate demand forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to reduce errors and
• bias.

• Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements to ensure product
• availability.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply
• with demand.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in supply planning and propose actionable
• solutions.
• Monitor and maintain secondary stock in all the channels to anticipate the sales increase

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to incorporate
• business intelligence into demand plans.
• Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and present
• demand outlooks.
• Act as a key liaison between commercial and supply chain functions to align
• strategies.

• Maintain planning tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track forecast accuracy, service levels, and
• inventory performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in demand and supply planning processes.

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field (Master s
• preferred).
• 3 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related
• functions.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP
• systems (SAP, APO, Oracle, etc.).
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with statistical forecasting
• methods is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
