We cover all phases of product development and supply from design to manufacturing, in company owned factories as well as outsourced, aided by a wide range of highly experienced external suppliers along with warehousing and distribution to the upcoming large format mono-brand Design Gallery.

Location: Lonavala/ Mumbai

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Decorative Lighting Designer to conceptualize and develop bespoke luxury lighting collections that become statement pieces within premium hospitality, residential, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design bespoke decorative lighting fixtures, chandeliers, and feature lighting concepts
• Develop unique forms, silhouettes, and luxury lighting aesthetics aligned with the brand vision
• Work closely with design, product development, and execution teams from concept to production
• Explore innovative material combinations across glass, metal, crystal, and mixed materials
• Create detailed design presentations, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings
• Ensure designs are both aesthetically impactful and production feasible

Preferred Experience:
• Luxury lighting brands or custom lighting studios
• High-end hospitality, residential, or commercial projects
• Experience in chandelier and statement lighting design preferred

Skills & Software:
• Strong understanding of form development and luxury product aesthetics
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, fabrication techniques, and detailing
• CAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong conceptual visualization and presentation skills

Experience:
6+ years of relevant experience in decorative or luxury lighting design

• Delivering brand-aligned luxury aesthetics
• Developing innovative yet execution-friendly designs
