Job Description

Leading the preparation of Electrical and ELV designs across all project stages, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards.
Performing detailed demand load calculations and validating results with consultant data to determine accurate Substation and DG set capacities.
Finalizing Electrical and ELV tender packages, ensuring technical completeness and alignment with overall project requirements.
Coordinating effectively with architects, structural engineers, interior designers, liaison teams, Budgeting, site teams, and MEP consultants to secure timely design approvals and facilitate smooth on-site execution.
Developing electrical distribution schemes and working closely with MEP consultants for their optimization and finalization.
Preparing energy saving calculations, layouts, and schematic diagrams as per MOEF guidelines.
Participating in tender clarification meetings and conducting thorough technical evaluations of vendor proposals.
Reviewing and approving material submittals and RFIs to ensure timely project execution.
Designing and assessing various electrical distribution options and performing cost-benefit analysis to identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions in consultation with project stakeholders.
Assigning design and drafting tasks to CAD operators while providing technical direction and ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
Conducting traffic load analysis using Elevate software to support infrastructure planning and design decisions.
