Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: • Running Quality checks of reports generated from different applications. • Identify and review the errors of the tasks conducted. • Data enter base rates and other information to Loan IQ application. • Review and analyze information from WSO and Loan IQ • Any other Adhoc requests (including data analysis) • Ensure completion of tasks according to the timelines. • Communicate verbally and in writing with project team members on projects to ensure appropriate understanding of all projects. • Track all hours worked on each project accurately. • Ensure accurate record keeping and time tracking. Requirements: • Attention to detail • Basic understanding on Loan IQ application (if any) • 6 months to 1 year of experience in data analysis • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint. • Experience in the loan operations or in a service industry highly preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor. • Critical thinking skills. • The ability to efficiently gather and process information in a demanding environment is required. • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
