Data Entry Operator/Quality Specialists

Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an energetic and proactive Data Entry Quality Specialist to join our company. In this role, you will ensure data integrity across large-scale datasets. You will drive initiatives to clean, update, enrich, organize, and structure data, and propose practical solutions to resolve data issues. Team members will rely on you for resolving data challenges and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Quality Maintenance:
• Develop and implement practical solutions for cleaning, updating, enriching, organizing, and structuring data.
• Identify discrepancies in data and execute corrective measures to maintain high data quality.
• Data Operations Support:
• Provide consistent support to team members in addressing data challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
• Advanced Data Analysis:
• Utilize advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas to analyze large-scale data sets.
• Generate detailed reports and analyze trends to support operational requirements.
• Process Improvement Documentation:
• Review existing data management processes and recommend improvements.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of data procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with large-scale data environments, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, macros, and complex functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing data issues.
• High attention to detail and a focus on data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a data management role involving process improvement and documentation.
• Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence practices is an advantage.
