Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Experience: Any Graduate or 02 years of experience in data entry/Experience with Zoho will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in Zoho (CRM / Creator, etc.)
- Verify and review data for errors before submission
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records
- Upload documents and customer details into Zoho systems
- Perform regular data backups and updates
- Generate reports from Zoho when required
- Coordinate with team members for data collection and updates
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Zoho (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good typing speed (3040 WPM)
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and internet skills
