Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to assist in transferring spare parts data from a manufacturer s manual into our Shipping PMS (Parts Management System) database. This role requires accuracy and speed in handling large amounts of information and ensuring that the data is correctly entered and formatted according to our specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Data capture: Accurately extract spare parts data (part numbers, parts names, descriptions, specifications, quantities, etc.) from the maker s manual and input it into the Shipping PMS database.
- Database management: Maintain and update the PMS database with new or corrected spare parts data, ensuring integrity and consistency across all entries.
- Quality control: Perform regular quality checks on data entered to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data formatting: Organize and categorize data according to predefined structures to ensure consistency in the database.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate
Key Competencies
- Typing speed should be more than 30 WPM
- Accuracy should be more than 90%
