Proposed Title - Data Consultant - Engineering Solutions
Summary : The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing our SaaS product for clients by focusing on data pipelines, data storage, query writing, and dashboard creation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to ingest, process, and store data from client systems.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the pipeline.
Work with databases to design scalable data storage solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in queries and stored procedures
Collaborate with clients to design and develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations
Implement filters, KPIs, and metrics to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Ensure dashboards are scalable and optimized for performance.
Create reusable scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and ETL workflows.
Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies, pipeline failures, or client-reported issues.
Propose scalable and efficient solutions to handle large datasets.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Nodejs
Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and schema design.
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
2-5 years of professional experience in data engineering, data consulting, or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources.
Previous client-facing or consulting experience is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to learn new tools, technologies, and business models quickly.
Domain knowledge in industries like finance, pharma, or insurance is a plus.
Experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise-level data systems is an advantage
