Customer Support Executive Voice Process | Teleperformance
- Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process.
- The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries/complaints via voice calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve issues on first contact and escalate complex cases as needed
- Maintain call quality, CSAT, and AHT as per process standards
- Update customer details and interactions in CRM
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates:Freshers can apply | "B.Tech not eligible"
- Undergraduate: Minimum 6+ months experience* in Voice Process/BPO required
- Excellent English communication & listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Comfortable with voice-based customer interaction
Shift & Work Details:
Working Days:6 days a week
Working Hours:9:00 AM to 9:00 PM window Rotational shifts
