We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience through voice, chat, or email support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
- Ensure timely followups with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Word, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
- Good listening and problemsolving skills
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support
- Knowledge of customer service standards and practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
