Hi,

We are hiring for a International Voice Process in Mumbai

Job Description:

- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.

- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.

- Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the
Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.. -
Customer service background.

- Able to work in 24/7 environment.

Qualification:

Graduates

(Full time Degree students not eligible only distance course students)

Other Requirements:

- Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills.

- Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.

Experience: Fresher Eligible

Salary - 40k ctc

Shift :Rotational shift

Work Days: 5 days working with Rotational week offs.
