WORK SCHEDULE

6 Days Working
Rotational Shifts
Rotational Week Off

ELIGIBILITY:-

Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
Good communication skills in English & Hindi are mandatory
Experience in Customer Support, BPO, Voice, Chat or Email Support will be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat and Email
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Update customer interaction details accurately in the system
Follow company policies, processes and quality standards

WFH SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have access to:

Laptop/Desktop
Intel i5/i7 Processor or AMD Ryzen 5/Ryzen 7
Minimum 8 GB RAM
Windows 10 or above
Stable broadband/Wi-Fi with minimum 50 Mbps speed
Power backup facility for uninterrupted working
