Customer Relationship Executive

About the Role

• This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing client satisfaction. The position involves building strong relationships, resolving issues efficiently, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What Impact Will You Create?

• Assist and guide customer and visitors across multiple channels (app, phone, email, in-person), responding promptly to queries and concerns.
• Conduct site visits to gather customer feedback, assess service quality, and identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with residents by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Keep residents informed about unit accessibility, construction updates, and other relevant information.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, and Customer Relationship teams for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports on customer service performance and track complaint resolution.
• Escalate operational or service-related issues to relevant teams for resolution.
• Support the Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager in executing day-to-day property operations.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in any discipline (Undergraduates / freshers are also considered).
• Fair understanding in customer service, client management, or property/resident management.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage customer-focused tasks.
• Proven capability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical mindset to interpret customer feedback and improve service delivery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
