Hiring for International Voice process- BPO role

Role: Customer Support - International Voice
Mode of Work: Work from Office
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune
Working Days: 5 days- Sat sun fixed week off
Shift: US Rotational shift(Night shift)
Cab- 2 way
Salary - 3Lpa
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat/email queries from customers
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat or email queries, from international customers.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the designated time limits.
