Job Description

GM Modular is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving service issues over calls and emails, and coordinating with electricians to provide timely solutions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing appropriate solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer relationship. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and workflows. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share best practices. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication in English Strong analytical skills to identify issues and provide solutions. Ability to think critically and respond to problems in a timely manner. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions.
