About the Role

We are a large-scale, vertically integrated manufacturing firm operating a 100-acre production facility with an annual capacity exceeding 25 million square meters. As we scale, we are transitioning an organization of approximately 200 employees from manual processes into a modern, centralized tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Build & Operation
Deploy and customise Frappe CRM (open-source) on AWS Linux infrastructure as the primary lead and sales management platfor
Build custom DocTypes, workflows, dashboards, and reports specific to the Responsive sales process
Maintain and extend the existing Responsive OPS v6 platform (self-contained HTML / JavaScript dashboard covering Coating-1 and Coating-2 production, dispatch, finance, and customer accounts)
Add new modules and reports as production requirements evolve
HRMS & Future Internal Tools
Lead the deployment of an HRMS for Responsive Industries (likely Frappe HR or a similar open-source platform on the same AWS infrastructure)
Develop or deploy other internal tools as the business identifies needs examples may include vendor management, quality / QC tracking, document management, plant maintenance logs
