Ventilator Management : Manage and oversee mechanical ventilation for patients requiring respiratory support. Monitoring : Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to assess patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their condition. Diagnostic Procedures : Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures, such as chest X-rays, echocardiograms, and laboratory tests. Collaboration : Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and respiratory therapists, to optimize patient care. Family Communication : Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing updates on the patient's condition, treatment plan, and prognosis. Emergency Response : Respond to medical emergencies within the hospital, particularly in critical care areas. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
