Role: Credit Manager - Real Estate Financing

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Pune - Mumbai

Preferred Industry - NBFC with Construction finance or real estate industry

We are hiring Credit Professionals for the Construction Finance / Real Estate Finance vertical.

Purpose of the Role

Partner with the Sales Team to underwrite Construction Finance (CF) business and actively manage the portfolio for the vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Manage credit underwriting for Corporate Realty & Funding Group

Evaluate opportunities in Special Situations, Structured Finance & Stressed Assets (real estate & non-real estate)

Analyze financial statements to assess borrower creditworthiness

Review legal, compliance, and market risks in lending proposals

Ensure timely collection of post-disbursal documents & control partial disbursements

Approve disbursements based on LTV, agreement value & documentation

Oversee credit buying process and conduct quality checks

Maintain MIS and monitor lending portfolio performance

Qualification Required

MBA / CA / M.Com

Ideal Candidate

Professionals with experience in Credit Underwriting, Construction Finance, Real Estate Funding, or Structured Lending looking to work on high-value, complex transactions.
