We are hiring for a Senior Level Credit (Construction Finance) role for a leading NBFC in the real estate & construction finance segment.

Location: Mumbai

This role will be responsible for supporting the credit risk function and business team in underwriting Construction Finance (CF) proposals, conducting detailed credit assessments, and managing the credit portfolio with strong analytical and risk evaluation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed appraisal of real estate / construction finance projects including financial, technical, and credit risk analysis.
Evaluate borrower profile, project feasibility, and financial modelling to assess risks and mitigation strategies.
Structure transactions, finalize term sheets, and prepare detailed credit proposals for approval committees.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete legal, technical, and financial due diligence.
Manage documentation, security creation, and loan disbursement processes.
Review compliance requirements before processing disbursements.
Monitor post-disbursement compliances and project progress to ensure portfolio quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong experience in Construction Finance / Real Estate Credit.
Expertise in financial modelling, project appraisal & risk analysis.
Exposure to credit underwriting and transaction structuring.
Ability to manage end-to-end credit evaluation and monitoring.
