Creative Production Manager (Design, AI Video & Motion Graphics)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Production Manager to lead and streamline our creative production operations. The role involves managing Graphic Designers, AI Video Creators, Video Editors, and Motion Graphics Artists while ensuring high-quality, on-time project delivery and seamless client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creative production workflows and In-house daily team operations & Freelancers.
• Assign, track, and prioritize creative tasks based on project timelines.
• Review designs, AI-generated content, videos, and motion graphics for quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with clients on briefs, feedback, revisions, and project delivery.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, creative assets, and production reports.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery with structured quality control and team accountability.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Creative Operations, Production Management, or Project Management.
• Good understanding of Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and AI Content workflows.
• Excellent project planning, team management, and client communication skills.
• Strong eye for quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, AI creative tools, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.)

Preferred Background

• 6+ years of experience in a Creative Agency, Digital Media, Film Production House, Advertising Agency, or AI Content Studio.
• Experience managing creative teams and coordinating directly with clients.
• Degree/Diploma in Design, Animation, Film Production, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, or related field preferred.
