Job Description
As the Creative Director at IDFX Design, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers to conceptualise and execute creative designs that exceed our clients expectations. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of the design process, from initial concept development to final execution.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with our clients brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into designs.
- Present design concepts to clients and effectively communicate creative vision.
- Monitor project progress and provide strategic solutions to overcome any challenges or obstacles.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in a similar role within the design industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in design softwares, such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator & Photoshop.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, and understanding of typography, layout principles, colour theory, and branding principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
