Job Description

Job Title: JEE & NEET Counselor (Trainee)

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on JEE/NEET preparation strategies, courses, and career pathways
Provide detailed information about coaching programs, course structures, fees, and benefits
Understand students academic background, strengths, and career goals to recommend suitable courses
Conduct counseling sessions via phone calls, video calls, and online platforms
Follow up with prospective leads to drive enrollments
Address queries related to exam patterns, study plans, and time management
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and track progress
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance student outreach

This is a trainee position for 3 months with a possibility of a full time conversion depending on the business requirement and your performance.
