Job Description
As a Visa Counselor at Future Link Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our visa services and coaching classes. Your responsibilities encompass a range of functions, from student guidance to business development. Here s a detailed breakdown of your roles and responsibilities:
- Increase the scale and scope of company functions, including student visa and admissions counseling.
- Drive enrollment growth through in-house walk-ins and references.
- Guide students to attend demos for coaching programs such as IELTS, Duolingo, and spoken English.
- Promote coaching classes to prospective students.
- Conduct student assessments and collect necessary documents for applications, GIC, visas, etc.
- Address and maintain records of all inquiries/enrollments generated through marketing, walk-ins, and share information with respective teams.
- Share program sheets, newsletters, and creatives with prospective students.
- Provide timely responses to all inquiries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Attend seminars and webinars organized by FLC or partner institutions to enhance knowledge and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain all files and folders on OneDrive/NAS, including templates and inquiry sheets with proofs of communication.
- Coordinate with assigned agents for application updates and visa status (if agents are assigned by management).
- Ensure timely processing of requests for deferrals, withdrawals, and refunds
- Bachelor degree must be required
- Atleast up to 3 years Experiences as a Counselor or similar responsibilities
