Costing Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Perform monthly variance analysis (material, labour, overheads)

Validate and maintain BOMs and routings

Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cost control

Support budgeting and forecasting for global operations

Work closely with plant and finance teams across geographies

Ensure data accuracy in SAP (CO / Product Costing / COPA)

Performs ML closing, maintain standard costing, activity rates, inventory control,

Actual vs standard costing, support plant team from costing point of view,

Material master understanding and work closely with IT team on these aspects

Annual budgets update in SAP

Job Requirements :

6-12 years of experience in SAP CO/FICO module, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
Strong understanding of product costing principles, including materialization, labor allocation, overhead absorption, etc.
Proficiency in creating Bills of Materials (BOM) using SAP FICO tools such as Material Master Data Management.
