Department - Cost Budgeting

Designation - Manager / Senior Manager

Location - Mumbai

Minimum 8-to-15-year experience in Preconstruction Budget.
Candidate should have experience in South Bombay /Western suburbs project.
Preliminary estimation for land feasibility.
Coordination with Site, Commercial & Design Team for Budget and BOQ related Issues
Preparation and review of Budgets (Concept / DD / CTC) for respective projects
Creation of DD budget, based on received FDD package & issued WO's
Compare project cost with external benchmarks and similar projects (segment/height)
Capable to do Cost to Complete
Identify Value Engineering which can be incorporated across projects - standardisation / process etc
Preparation of Priced tender BOQ with Specifications and addendum to tenders
Monitor and releasing of Tender BOQ's with respect to Tender Event Schedule
Knowledge of SAP
