Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales Professional (Manager to AVP level) to drive business development and revenue growth for our Health & Wellness portfolio. You will own the complete sales funnel, from lead generation and CXO-level pitching to closing large-scale corporate and insurance partnerships.Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for your assigned region.
B2B Client Acquisition: Target, pitch, and close new corporate accounts, focusing heavily on a top-down CXO approach.
Strategic Partnerships: Establish new tie-ups with corporates, insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs.
Sales Strategy & Funnel Management: Manage pipeline forecasting, competitor bench marking, and market penetration strategies.
Account Management: Drive cross-selling, up-selling, and client utilization through on-site and e-marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: 68 years in B2B/Corporate Sales within Healthcare, HealthTech, Wellness, or Insurance/TPA industries.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record selling OPD Wallets, Teleconsultation, Annual Health Check-ups (AHC), or corporate wellness solutions.
Network: Strong existing relationships with corporate HR heads, benefits heads, and CXOs.
Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, data analysis, and interpersonal skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel across the assigned territory for client meetings.
