Job Description

Operations Strategy - L3

Preparation of Project Execution Strategy and ensure start of construction work.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Liaison, Design, Budget, Contract, CM, HPM and ensure closure.
Monitor and control customer satisfaction score.
Ensure handover between CM and HPM team.
Prepare Risk Management Plan along with risk identifications, mitigation strategies, occurrence schedule etc.
Tracking of special projects and Project Close out.
Ensuring Livability for customers in coordination with HPM & CM team.
Monitoring and tracking of construction milestones, sales inventory etc.
Drive and ensure closure of customer complains in coordination with design & HPM
Preparation of MIS reports
Coordinate for CFO and OC and ensure timely closure.
Ensure main livability parameter such as power, water, STP, Parking, MGL etc. at place before possession.
Candidate should have knowledge of Industrial park/data centers/warehousing and related ancillary structures.

Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, Stakeholder management

Practice and Other Requirements: Experience in leading Developers/PMC / Consulting companies, should have relevant experience in Industrial Parks & Warehousing developments
